I swam for a decade and attended EFSL championships. I played basketball in high school, football in university. Now I do weightlifting 3 time a week.

Here are my 1 Rep Maxes:

  • Barbell Squat: 118kg - 260lbs
  • Bench Press: 73kg - 160lbs
  • Overhead Press: 45kg - 99lbs
  • Deadlift: 143kg - 315lbs
